You can always rely on the Brit Awards for a bit of gossip and this year definitely didn’t disappoint!

The night kicked off with stars such as Rita Ora, Ed Sheeran and Cheryl all carrying white roses on the red carpet in support of the Time’s Up movement against sexual misconduct and bullying in the workplace.

Our girl crush Dua Lipa won two of the five awards that she was nominated for, while man-of-the-moment Stormzy also took home two gongs. Talking of Stormzy, he has grabbed headlines for calling out Prime Minister Theresa May on the Grenfell Tower disaster during his performance at the awards.

As rumours fly about the status of Cheryl and Liam Payne’s relationship, they packed on the PDA and also survived a super awkward interview with Jack Whitehall. As Jack asked the couple several cringy questions, one of the HAIM girls hilariously messed around in the background, which quickly went viral on social media.

The night also featured a touching tribute to the victims of the Manchester bombing attack from Liam Gallagher, after Ariana Grande sadly had to pull out due to illness.

As well as plenty happening both on and off the stage, there were also several dresses that gave us the heart eye emoji feels. Here’s a round-up of our fave red carpet looks from one of the biggest nights in music…

Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa stole the show on the red carpet as well as on stage in a massive pink tulle frock, which we absolutely loved! Fabulously girly and OTT, this frock was anything but subtle and created some new rules on how to rock the red carpet like a true #femaleboss.

Maya Jama

Being this beautiful must be tough but someone has to do it! Maya Jama looked absolutely incredible on the red carpet in a pink metallic dress. The soon-to-be Radio 1 DJ and Stormzy’s girlfriend was on hand to support her man and looked absolutely incredible while doing so…

She might have rumours flying everywhere about her relationship but that didn’t stop Cheryl from slaying on the red carpet! Her one shoulder LBD was one of our fashion highlights of the night.

Rita Ora

If anyone likes standing out from the crowd, it’s Rita Ora! Rita showed up to the red capret in probably the biggest dress of the night, which featured a hella long train and feather detailing. Not only did she rock the red carpet but she also gave an amazing performance of her songs ‘Your Song’ and ‘Anywhere’ before a performance of For You, alongside Liam Payne too!

Holly Willoughby

Seriously, does Holly Willoughby ever look bad?! Holly turned up in an angelic white frock that showed off her amazing figure just perfectly. She certainly seemed to have a good night with her BFF Phillip Schofield, with the pair both being called out by Jack Whitehall for being wasted, LOL!
